Project Officer (AREV – Estonia)

Liis has been working as a part time Project Officer at Victim Support Europe for project Advancing Rights of Estonian Victims since September 2021. She is experienced in organizing and managing various major development and training programs at a think tank Praxis in Estonia where she has been working since March 2019. Liis has a master’s degree in law from the University of Tartu and has continued her education as a communications manager at the University of Tallinn. Before 2019 Liis mainly worked  in the private sector, where she gained experience in product management, communications, and investment. Liis has successfully conducted several EU regional development projects of Enterprise Estonia. She was motivated to continue her career at Victim Support Europe, because she wished to apply the skills and experiences she gained in the private sector and at the think tank to help improve the conditions of Estonian victims and to contribute in creating a more attentive environment.
