Action Against Stalking was launched in 2009 by Ann Moulds after experiencing a terrorising stalking experience and realising there was no legitimate support system in Scotland.
Ann successfully campaigned for the creation and inclusion of Section 39 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scot) Act 2010 which enables crimes of stalking to be prosecuted based on the behaviour of the stalker and the effects it has had on the victim.
Action Against Stalking seeks to establish a world wherein everyone has a right to natural, lawful freedoms without fear of psychological or predatory threat or menace.
