Junior Policy Officer

Iris joined VSE in March 2020 as a Policy Assistant. Prior to joining VSE, she worked as a project manager for a social housing company in the Netherlands, where she conducted research and wrote several policies. She has a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Tilburg University, during which she attended a summer school in Istanbul on conflict resolution and peace-building skills. This course led her to pursue a master’s degree in Victimology & Criminal Justice from Tilburg University, where she conducted a study on the application of restorative justice in the Cyprus conflict.
