DG JUSTICE has released its Guidance Document related to the transposition and implementation of the Directive 2012/29/EU establishing minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime.
The Guidance Document was launched by the European Commission at the occasion of the European day of victims (see press release: http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_IP-14-165_en.htm) and presented at the workshop on the Victims’ Directive held by the EC on 28 March 2014.
Victim Support Europe largely contributed to its preparation and our input was included for every article of the Directive.
