Victim Support Europe launches an information campaign #ONEVOICEONECAUSE to make the first EU Victims Rights Strategy measures work in practice

By July 22, 2020News

Today, on the occasion of the European Day for Victims of Hate Crimes, we are delighted to announce the launching of our forth-coming information campaign #ONEVOICEONECAUSE.

⏱ The campaign will be running from July 22 till November 25, 2020 to shine a light on a recently adopted #EUVictimsRights Strategy and explore ways to make it work in practice.

🎡  Our goal is to urge victim support community, national governments and the European Commission to come together and do what they can to advance quality victim support services in the EU.  A society where victims of crime are fully supported is simply a safer and healthier place to live. Working on victims’ issues together, across all sectors, is essential!

🖼  We have created a variety of resources to bring the campaign to life. They are free to download on the campaign’s website: https://onevoiceonecause.vse-campaign.eu

🌊 We are encouraging you to share the campaign materials on your social media channels to inform the netizens on the #EUVictimsRights strategy and to call governments and the Commission for action.

We use two campaign hashtags:
#ONEVOICEONECAUSE
#EUVictimsRights
