Victim Support Foundation Poland

Associate Member

The Foundation for Help Victims of Crime, implementing its mission, strives to improve the situation of crime victims. These people are one of the groups in Polish society whose needs are not properly covered and in accordance with EU standards. Through educational, training, consultative and publishing activities, we strive to update legal solutions to support these people, we introduce to social awareness (disseminate) knowledge about their problems and needs, we make them aware of their rights and how to use them. In exceptional situations, the statute of the Foundation allows financial support for a person injured by a crime.

Since 2023, together with the National Emergency Service for Victims of Domestic Violence “Blue Line”, the Foundation has been implementing the pilot program Assistant to the victim of a crime .
