On March 6 and 7, 2024, a study visit took place as part of the COVIS project, which aims to improve support services for crime victims and witnesses in court. Hosted by the Victim and Witness Support Service Croatia, the visit allowed participants to learn about the challenges faced by experts in Croatia and share experiences from their own countries.
During the visit, partners visited the County Court in Varaždin to see how support is provided in court. They also toured the offices of VWSSC in Varaždin and the National Call Center for Victims of Crime – 116 006. The visit helped deepen understanding and collaboration in enhancing support services for victims and witnesses.
