It is with the heaviest of hearts that we have to pass on some very sad news. There’s no easy way to say this, but unfortunately our colleague Mazen passed away last Wednesday, 2 August.
Words cannot express how heartbreaking it is to realise that he is not with us anymore. He has been a valued member of our team since 2018. Though he was usually in the background, many of you will have got to know him at our events. For us in VSE, he was not just our co-worker but our good friend as well. Mazen had a unique way of making everyone at the office feel at home, like they belong. We still remember how we could see him roaming around with a cup of coffee, a smile on his face, always ready to help anyone he saw on his way.
He has made a positive impact on all of our lives, and we are forever grateful to him for all he did for us. We will always miss him.
