Supporting the victims of the Utrecht shooting

Victim Support Europe strongly condemns the shooting that took place on a tram next to the 24 Oktober Square in Utrecht, Netherlands, today on 18th March 2019.
Our thoughts go with the victims and families on this tragic day.
