What victims need:
-Support that’s free, accessible, and trauma-informed
-Easy ways to report and get help, especially for children and young people
-Strong protections and real accountability for online platforms
-A Europe where no one feels alone after being bullied online

Victims are not voiceless. They’re too often unheard.
