Nadia is a multilingual, award-winning Solicitor (England & Wales) and Senior Leader with over 19 years’ experience in corporate immigration. She advises global companies on UK immigration policy, compliance, and strategic transformation in complex, high-stakes environments. She has extensive expertise in policy formulation, strategic advisory services, and operational implementation across successive UK governments and during major geopolitical events, including Brexit, the pandemic, and multiple humanitarian and refugee crises.

Nadia has a consistent record of translating policy into practical, future-ready operational solutions and is skilled in influencing decision-makers and shaping long-term policy thinking. Excelling at navigating competing priorities, she has deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and works confidently with a broad of stakeholders including government departments, external partners, think tanks and NGOs to advocate for and on behalf of clients.

She volunteers with the Policy team supporting advocacy and engagement efforts with multi-lateral and multi-jurisdictional partners.
