Senior Membership and Internal Communication Officer

Melina brings over 12 years of experience in communications within the international NGO sector, having worked extensively with Oxfam International in the UK, Nigeria and Belgium. Her expertise spans internal communications, staff and public engagement, humanitarian communications, and fostering knowledge exchange across multicultural teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Greek language and literature and a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Communication, while she is currently following an Executive Master in European Public Affairs and Communication.

Committed to fighting for social justice, Melina has a strong interest in victims’ rights and empowerment. At Victim Support Europe, she has a central role in strengthening VSE’s network of members and their engagement, and she leads on internal communication and collaboration work.
