Senior Project and Training officer

Patricia Pazos is a Project Officer and Senior Trainer at VSE, where she contributes to the delivery of EU-funded projects and designs training programmes for professionals across Europe.

She holds a PhD in EU Policy from the University of Liège and Universidad Complutense of Madrid, as well as a Master’s degree in International Relations. A certified project manager, Patricia has worked in diverse international settings including Doha, Washington D.C., Brussels, Madrid, and currently Geneva. Her experience spans think tanks, studies centers, NGOs, and the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she has contributed to policy development and strategic initiatives.

In addition to her role at VSE, Patricia is also a professor of international relations. Her sessions are known for their clarity, engagement, and consistently excellent results among participants.
