The ‘Testing Counter Terrorism responses from a victim and member wellbeing perspective – Design of an International Tabletop exercise for law enforcement in Canada and the UK‘ report presents a summary of the 2021 International Virtual Counter Terrorism (CT) Tabletop Training (TTX) Exercise. This training exercise was designed to test out agencies’ response for victims and first responders, from a wellbeing and victims’ lens in a terrorist or mass violence incident.
