New IMPACT Project Training Courses to Strengthen Victim Support

We are pleased to introduce five new training courses developed under the IMPACT Project, which aims to improve national victim support frameworks in Estonia, Malta, and Portugal for the benefit of all victims of crime. 

The courses cover the following topics: 

• Identification of Signs of Victimisation 

• Victim-Centric, Victim-Sensitive, and Trauma-Informed Approach 

• Secondary Victimisation, Re-Victimisation, and Interview Techniques 

• Responsible Media Communication and Victim-Sensitive Reporting of Crimes 

• Building a Successful and Well-Coordinated Support Network 

These courses will equip professionals with the tools to make a real difference in victim support,  through practical, scenario-based exercises and role plays grounded in scientific research.
