By June 10, 2026July 14th, 2026News, Top Story

On 29 June, the first meeting of VSE’s new Community of Practice (CoP), organised under the umbrella of IMPACT and focused on sexual violence, took place. CoP is a new initiative which aims to serve as a forum for frontline workers across the membership, providing peer support and fostering connections with others working with victims. With active participation of VSE members and IMPACT partners, the meeting was the first of a series where opportunities, challenges, and best practices related to working with victims of sexual violence will be discussed.

The initiative is coordinated by VSE, in collaboration with Victim Support England and Wales, whose National Sexual Violence and Stalking Lead – Michaela-Clare Addison serves as a Chair to the CoP.
