VSE Internships

VSE’s internship program provides a wide range of opportunities for students and recent graduates who intend to work in a NGO and in the field of victims’ rights. We offer paid, full-time, 6-month internship in our head office in Brussels.

VSE accepts both candidatures to open positions and spontaneous applications. Applications are considered on a rolling basis. Interested applicants are invited to send us a CV + motivational letter to info@victimsupporteurope.eu.

Steps to Next Gen Voices: The VSE Intern Diaries

Steps to New Gen Victim Support: The Intern Diaries is a bold new storytelling initiative by Victim Support Europe (VSE), shining a spotlight on the weekly experiences of our interns. Through authentic, behind-the-scenes reflections, this series offers readers a unique glimpse into the daily learning, challenges, and growth that takes place within the VSE communications team.

But this project is about more than internships, its about the future of advocacy. By sharing the voices of young professionals at the start of their journey, we aim to humanize our organisation, highlight the evolving landscape of victim support communication, and inspire the next generation of changemakers.

Each diary entry invites the public into our world, offering transparency, building trust, and celebrating the people behind the mission.
