

Annual Staff Exchange Programme – Call for Host Organisation
We are pleased to announce the upcoming edition of our annual Staff Exchange Programme!
The Staff Exchange is a unique opportunity for member organisations of Victim Support Europe (VSE) to visit other member organisations and learn, first-hand, about their practices, strengthen mutual collaboration and share good practices across our network. We are currently looking for hosts for the 2025 edition, which is expected to take place between October and December 2025.
Who can apply to be a host?
We invite expressions of interest from organisations that:
- Have developed good practices worth sharing with the wider victim support community;
- Offer successful or flagship services that have made a tangible impact on victims;
- Are piloting or implementing a new, innovative process or procedure that could serve as a model or inspiration;
- Are developing innovative collaborations with key stakeholders;
- Would like peer-support in working out how to improve their services.
As a host, you would welcome a small delegation of staff members (5-7 participants) of other VSE member organisations, for a study visit of 2–3 days, during which you will give attendees an opportunity to observe your work, engage in discussions, and share knowledge that can benefit the wider European victim support ecosystem.
If you believe your organisation has a service, project, or approach that could contribute meaningfully to this exchange, we strongly encourage you to express your interest in hosting our staff exchange activity.
VSE will be able to cover expenses of the staff exchange, bearing in mind maximum amounts determined per participant (TBD). The call for participants will be shared later, upon selection of the host organisation.
