Report on the Practical Implementation of the EU Victims’ Rights Directive 2018-2024

The BeneVict Final Report offers a critical assessment of the implementation of the Victims’ Rights Directive across 26 EU Member States, building on the 2018 VOCIARE project. Drawing on comparative research and insights from over 600 professionals, the report highlights both progress and persistent gaps in victims’ rights. Through research, advocacy, and capacity building, BeneVict sets the stage for stronger policy and practical improvements to ensure all victims of crime in the EU receive the support and justice they deserve.
