Project T@LK

APAV began the two year long Project T@LK in January 2015 supported by VSE as an associate partner. The project raises knowledge on the potential for online support for victims of crime. It also helps to ensure that services adapt to victims’ needs and become more accessible to those who cannot reach traditional forms of service.

Research was carried out on existing online support methods and tools as well as on their benefits and drawbacks. Following consultations, a handbook on online support to victims of crime was developed, along with an online direct support tool in four countries (Portugal, Malta, Lithuania and Finland).
