Information on support for victims of 22 March London attack

Following the 22 March attack in London Victim Support Europe is helping with the co-ordination of information for support for victims. We do not provide direct support ourselves but we can help the victims to get the support they need. You can also find a list of victim support organisations in the UK following this link. By now, following information, support services and requests are available:

  • For people worried about loved ones – instructions are provided below. If phoning from abroad the code is 00 44, omitting the first zero from the numbers below.Casualty Bureau Numbers: 0800 056 0944 ; 0207 158 0010Please instruct callers to press Option 1 if they are worried about family or friends and Option 2 if they were involved in incident and are safe.


  • For FRENCH victims: Emergency number at French embassy in London is also open: 00 44 207 07312 31
  • For ROMANIAN victims: The Romanian Embassy in the UK is offering information and counseling to Romanian citizens (by redirecting the call to Contact and Support Point of Romanian Nationals Abroad) at the following phone numbers: ‪+44 20 76027328; ‪+44 20 76029833 ; ‪+44 20 76036694 ; ‪+44 20 76025193
  • For DUTCH victims: Contact Slachtofferhulp Nederlands if you have been affected by the attacks +31900-0101 or send an email through their contact page
  • If you have photos or film of the incident in Westminster you can pass them on to the police through this form.
    • PLEASE DON’T SHARE IMAGES OR FOOTAGE. Respect the privacy of those involved
  • Any suspicious activity you can report to the Anti-Terrorist Hotline 0800 789 123 or online.
