Over the past months, the INVICTUS project has reached several important milestones.
The team finalized the Good Practices Report, bringing together findings from extensive research and interviews with stakeholders across the participating countries and beyond. The report highlights promising approaches to victim support and identifies lessons that can inform future practice.
Another key achievement has been the ongoing piloting phase of the Individual Needs Assessment, Referral, and Information Provision tools in all six participating countries. To support this process, field visits were completed with all project partners and provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, monitor implementation, and gather valuable feedback. Overall, the piloting has been progressing very successfully, with strong engagement from practitioners involved in testing the tools.
