Dear friends,

We are happy to inform you that Victim Support Europe is co-organising a public live webinar “Strategy on Victims’ Rights: The future of EU action for victims of crime” with Ms. Saskia Bricmont (Greens MEP) to talk about the upcoming EU Strategy on Victims’ Rights for 2020-2024. Mr. Didier Reynders, EU Commissioner for Justice, will open the webinar.

The webinar will take place on Zoom on Tuesday 7 July 2020 from 3.30 to 5pm (CET) and will be in English.

The aim of this online event is to raise awareness of the first-ever EU Strategy on Victims’ Rights and its impact for future EU actions. We believe that the Strategy represents an important step for victims of all crimes and a successful implementation of the Strategy will have wide ranging benefits across our economies and societies.
